I searched the internet for this delicious recipe and every recipe had at least one comment saying it tasted NOTHING like corn-man corn. Soooo....I decided to take key elements from each recipe (add in my own twist for spicy lovers) and this beautiful creation was born!!
I did not measure the ingredients. I just went with what I felt.
You will need:
-sweet corn (frozen or fresh)
-powdered chilli (optional for spicy lovers, i got mine from the winco dispensaries )
-squeezable butter
-tapatio hot sauce (optional for spicy lovers)
-mayo
-parmesan cheese
-skewers (optional)
Here's a picture of everything, except the corn.
Step 2: (optional) While corn is boiling take a cup and add in a spoonful of powdered chili. Slowly add in the tapatio hot sauce until mixture is thin enough to pour.
It should look like this.
Step 3: when corn is finished boiling (you can add a skewer if desired) take from saucepan and rub with mayo. Step 4: sprinkle on the parmesan cheese (we like a lot) Step 5: now squeeze on the butter If you don't want it spicy, It's done! Step 6: pinch on the powdered chili all around the corn Step 7: now drip on the hot sauce mix | |
